First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study surveyed 390 physiotherapy students in Turkey to understand how confident they feel responding to disasters, how psychologically prepared they are, and how ready they are to work with other healthcare professionals. Participants completed online questionnaires about their disaster response self-efficacy, psychological preparedness, and interdisciplinary readiness. No treatments or medical procedures were involved—the goal was simply to gather information to help improve disaster training in physiotherapy education.
