Summary
This study looks at how common neck and low back pain is among physical therapy students at the University of the West Indies. It also tests whether an 8-week spine-focused exercise program works better than general exercises to reduce pain and improve daily function. About 120 students will take part, first answering surveys, then those with pain joining a randomized exercise trial.
