Summary

This study tested whether a special education program could help people with diabetic foot feel more prepared for disasters and take better care of their feet. 68 adults with type 2 diabetes and diabetic foot took part. One group received the education, while the other got usual care. Researchers measured changes in disaster readiness and foot care confidence.
