Summary

This study tests whether dipyridamole, a drug usually used for heart conditions, can reduce restless legs syndrome in people with kidney failure on dialysis. About 80 adults will take the drug three times daily for 12 weeks. Researchers will check if symptoms, sleep, mood, and quality of life improve, and watch for side effects.
