Summary

This study tests whether dipyridamole, a drug often used for heart conditions, can reduce restless legs syndrome symptoms in people with kidney failure on dialysis. About 80 adults will take the drug three times daily for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in symptoms, mood, sleep, and quality of life, while also monitoring for side effects.
