Summary
This study tests whether an internet-based yoga program can help men with prostate cancer manage stress, urinary problems, and quality of life. About 220 men who have finished curative treatment will either take online yoga classes or receive standard care. Researchers will measure stress, bladder control, blood pressure, and overall well-being to see if yoga offers extra benefits.
