Summary
This study tests whether an internet-based yoga program can help men with prostate cancer reduce stress, improve bladder control, and boost quality of life. Researchers will compare 220 men who do the online yoga to those receiving standard care. The goal is to find a convenient, at-home way to manage common treatment side effects.
