First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study tests whether doing yoga online at home can help men with prostate cancer feel less stressed, have better bladder control, and improve their quality of life. About 220 men who have finished treatment will be split into two groups: one gets standard care, the other also gets a digital yoga program. Researchers will compare stress levels, blood pressure, and other outcomes after 3 months and again after one year.
