First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 26, 2026

Summary

This study will test whether an internet-based yoga program can help men with prostate cancer manage stress, urinary problems, and quality of life. 220 men who have been treated for prostate cancer will be randomly assigned to either the digital yoga program or standard care. The researchers will measure stress, incontinence, blood pressure, and quality of life over time.
