Summary
This study tests a new digital therapy program designed to help people with anxiety or depression return to work. The program combines mental health support with work-focused strategies. Researchers will enroll 400 adults who are on sick leave and receiving mental health care. The goal is to see if this online approach improves work confidence and reduces sick leave.
