NCT ID NCT06105957

First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study aims to improve digital weight loss programs for adults living in rural areas, who often have less access to in-person help. About 616 participants will try a 24-week online program with different levels of support, like group video chats, personal coaching, or feedback on their progress. The goal is to see which combination helps people lose the most weight and keep it off.
