NCT ID NCT07524569

First seen May 09, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study looks at two different numbing methods for children getting cavities filled in their back teeth. One method uses a digital device to inject numbing medicine into the bone, while the other uses a manual injection into the gum. The goal is to see which method causes less pain during the injection and the dental procedure. 78 children aged 6-12 will take part, and each child will try both methods on different teeth to compare their experiences.
