Summary
This study looked at how different types of web links in vaccine invitation emails affect people's trust and whether they book an appointment. Over 1,200 adults from the UK and US were shown one of three email versions with different link styles. The goal was to find out which link design feels most trustworthy and encourages more people to schedule a vaccine.
