Summary
This study tested how different web link styles in vaccine invitation emails affect people's trust and willingness to book an appointment. Over 1,200 adults from the UK and US viewed one of three email versions with different link formats. The goal was to find out which link design makes people feel more confident and likely to schedule a vaccine.
