Smartphone app aims to stop teen mental health relapses
NCT ID NCT07346911
Summary
This study tests whether digital tools on a smartphone can help teenagers who have recovered from depression or anxiety stay well for longer and prevent these conditions from returning. It involves 495 teens aged 16-19 who are currently feeling better but have had past episodes. Participants use a research app to complete tasks; some also join online group sessions with a therapist, while others work independently through the app.
