Phone app aims to stop teen mental health relapse
NCT ID NCT07346911
Summary
This study is testing whether digital tools on a smartphone can help teenagers who have recovered from depression or anxiety stay well for longer and prevent these problems from coming back. It involves about 500 teens aged 16-19 who will use a research app to complete tasks and answer questions. Some teens will also join online group sessions with a therapist, while others will use the app on their own, to see which approach works best.
