Summary
This research project aims to develop and test digital assistant tools to help older adults, including those with mild memory problems, manage important healthcare activities. The tools are designed to assist with tasks like accessing support services, managing healthcare finances, and using Medicare resources. The study will involve 600 participants to see if these technology aids are easy to use and helpful for decision-making.
