Summary
This study tests a digital program for people with type 2 diabetes. It combines a lifestyle coaching app for patients and a smart treatment recommendation system for doctors. The goal is to improve quality of life and reduce heart disease risk. The study will include 400 people with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes and compare the digital approach to usual care over one year.
