First seen May 11, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study is testing a digital tool that includes a smartphone app and a home spirometer to help 50 people with COPD monitor their lung function daily. The goal is to see if the tool is easy to use, safe, and can help patients know when to contact their doctor. Participants will use the app and spirometer at home for 6 months, and researchers will track how often they use it and any health issues that come up.
