Summary

This study is testing whether adding weekly online mindfulness group sessions to regular prenatal care can help prevent depression during and after pregnancy. It will involve 160 pregnant women who will either receive these digital therapy sessions or continue with their standard care alone. Researchers will compare depression symptoms between the two groups to see if the mindfulness program makes a difference.
