Summary
This study compares two digital programs for adults who are very worried about how they look. One program uses text messages to help people gradually stop checking or hiding their appearance. The other teaches relaxation exercises. The goal is to see which approach better reduces anxiety and improves daily life. About 300 people aged 18–65 with high appearance concerns will take part.
