Summary
This study is testing a digital health program designed to help patients and their family caregivers during and after outpatient CAR-T therapy, a treatment for blood cancers. The program uses remote monitoring to track patient symptoms and caregiver stress. The goal is to see if this digital support improves quality of life and reduces the burden of care.
