NCT ID NCT07186192
Summary
This study is testing a digital health program designed to help patients and their family caregivers during and after outpatient CAR-T cell therapy, a treatment for blood cancers. The program uses remote monitoring to track patient symptoms and caregiver stress, aiming to improve quality of life and reduce burden. It will involve 190 patient-caregiver pairs to see if this digital support is more effective than standard care alone.
