Summary
This study will test a phone app called MyMedDiary in 120 children (ages 2-18) newly diagnosed with celiac disease. The app helps families track what their child eats and identify ultra-processed gluten-free foods that may contain hidden gluten. The goal is to see if the app makes it easier to follow a gluten-free diet compared to traditional paper food diaries.
