First seen Apr 13, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study tests whether creating and sharing a short digital story about their cancer journey can reduce depressive symptoms and improve self-esteem and quality of life in Chinese childhood cancer survivors aged 13 to 18. Participants attend four 2.5-hour workshops in small groups to make their digital story. The goal is to see if this creative approach offers emotional support beyond standard medical follow-up.
