Smart stethoscope aims to keep babies with heart issues out of the ER
NCT ID NCT06382207
Summary
This study is testing whether a new digital stethoscope can help parents accurately check their baby's heart rhythm at home. The goal is to see if this device can provide reliable information, potentially reducing unnecessary trips to the emergency room when parents are worried. Researchers will enroll 100 infants under one year old to see how well both doctors and parents can use the device to get clear heart readings.
