Summary
This study tested whether using a digital device called TryBreath for 3 weeks could improve lung function and breathing muscle strength in 30 healthy adults aged 18 to 45. Participants did breathing exercises at home, and the app tracked their progress. Researchers measured changes in lung capacity and muscle strength before and after training.
