First seen May 01, 2026 ยท Last updated May 01, 2026

Summary

This study tested whether using a digital incentive spirometry device (TryBreath) for 3 weeks could improve lung function and breathing muscle strength in 30 healthy adults aged 18 to 45. Participants used the device daily, and their lung function was measured before and after training. The goal was to see if this simple, app-guided breathing exercise could boost respiratory health in people without lung problems.
