Summary
This study tested a digital sleep therapy program for adults aged 50 and older who have trouble sleeping and memory concerns. Participants used a smartphone app to learn healthy sleep habits or received general sleep education. The goal was to see if the app could reduce insomnia symptoms and improve thinking skills.
