First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tested a digital sleep therapy program (dBTi) in 128 adults aged 50+ who had trouble sleeping and reported memory concerns. Participants used either the sleep therapy app or received online sleep health education for 8 weeks. The goal was to see if the app could reduce insomnia symptoms more than education alone.
