Summary

This study tests a digital sleep improvement program (a mobile app and a wrist tracker) in 50 older adults (65+) who are having hip or knee replacement surgery. The goal is to see if better sleep can reduce confusion or memory problems after surgery. Participants must have mild insomnia and own a smartphone.
