NCT ID NCT07511374

First seen Apr 14, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study tests whether a simple daily routine—uploading a screenshot of your screen time and answering a few reflection questions—can help young adults become more aware of their phone habits and improve their well-being. Researchers will enroll 240 people aged 18-25 who spend at least 3-4 hours a day on recreational screen time. The goal is to see if this approach reduces stress, increases life satisfaction, and helps people feel more in control of their device use.
