Summary

This study looks at whether asking young adults to think about their phone use each day can help them become more aware of their habits and improve their well-being. About 240 people aged 18-25 who spend at least 3 hours a day on recreational screen time will take part. Some will get daily prompts to reflect on their screen use, while others will not, and researchers will track changes in stress, life satisfaction, and actual screen time.
