App eases pregnancy anxiety in new study

Summary
This study tested a mobile app called PCYCARE to see if it could lower anxiety in first-time mothers during late pregnancy. 120 women in their third trimester used the app for 21 days, doing short education and relaxation sessions. The results showed that the app helped reduce pregnancy-related anxiety and improved sleep quality compared to standard care.
