First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study tests a custom-made digital dental device (Digital Bonded Reverse Twin Block) in 21 children aged 8-11 with mild underbite (Class III malocclusion). The device is bonded to the teeth and uses angled planes to gently shift the jaw and teeth into a better position. Researchers will measure changes in bite, facial profile, and quality of life. The goal is to correct the bite early, avoiding more invasive treatments later.
