Summary
This study tests whether a smartphone app can help teens aged 16-19 avoid relapse of anxiety or depression. Participants who have recovered from a past episode will use a research app to complete exercises and answer questions. Some will also join digital group sessions with a therapist. The goal is to see if these digital tools can help teens stay well longer and reduce the chance of symptoms returning.
