Can your phone help you breathe better? COPD Tele-Rehab tested

NCT ID NCT06582082

Summary

This study tested whether adding digital health tools to standard pulmonary rehabilitation helps people with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Sixty patients were split into two groups: one received remote rehab with usual care, and the other received usual care only. Researchers measured changes in lung function, physical ability, thinking skills, and sleep quality over 10 weeks to see if the digital approach made a difference.
