Summary
This study looks at whether a digital device that measures muscle strength can give more accurate information about physical activity levels in university students who are addicted to technology. Researchers will use a digital dynamometer and a questionnaire to assess 140 students aged 18-30. The goal is to see if objective muscle testing can help create better exercise plans for this group.
