Summary
This study tests a 28-day digital mindfulness program called "28 Days of Mindful Moments" in college students. Researchers want to see if daily mindfulness exercises can improve students' mental well-being, focus, and academic performance. 250 students who use Telegram and are at least 18 years old will be randomly assigned to either the mindfulness program or a waitlist. Participants will complete daily exercises and surveys to measure changes in mindfulness, stress, and study habits.
