Can a phone app make college less stressful?

NCT ID NCT07161206

Summary

This study is testing whether a 28-day digital mindfulness program can help college students. Researchers want to see if daily mindfulness exercises sent via a messaging app can reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus, and help with academic habits like procrastination. They will compare 250 students who do the program to a group that waits to start.
