First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 26, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether a digital mindfulness program called '28 Days of Mindful Moments' can improve college students' mental health, focus, and academic performance. About 250 students will receive daily mindfulness exercises through Telegram for one month. Researchers will compare their outcomes to a waitlist group to see if the program reduces stress, anxiety, and procrastination while boosting mindfulness and productivity.
