Summary
This study tests a digital cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) program called Empower@Home for homebound older adults (age 50+) with depression. Participants receive either the program with support from a community layperson or enhanced usual care. The goal is to see if the program improves mood, social support, and quality of life over 36 weeks.
