Summary
This study tests whether an 8-week digital literacy program can help teenagers who struggle with problematic internet use. About 64 high school students will take part, with half receiving the program and the other half serving as a comparison group. Researchers will measure changes in internet use habits, emotional control, and feelings of loneliness before and after the program.
