Summary
This study is testing whether an 8-week digital literacy class can help teenagers who struggle with excessive or harmful internet use. Researchers will see if the program improves their ability to manage emotions and reduces feelings of loneliness. The study will involve 64 high school students who report high levels of problematic internet use, comparing those who take the class to those who do not.
