Summary
This study looked at whether teaching digital skills to older women (55+) helps them feel more comfortable using fitness apps and want to be more active. 63 women who already used such apps took part. Half got a 9-week training class, the other half did their usual activities. The goal was to see if the training improved their tech skills and motivation to exercise.
