Summary
This study looked at whether a 9-week digital literacy class could help women aged 55 and older feel more comfortable using fitness apps. 63 women who already used such apps were split into two groups: one took the class, the other did not. Researchers measured changes in eHealth literacy and app acceptance before and after the program.
