Can a phone app boost the benefits of Weight-Loss drugs?
NCT ID NCT07481305
Summary
This study is testing whether a 4-month digital lifestyle coaching program can help adults who are taking GLP-1 medications (like Ozempic or Wegovy) improve their diet and physical activity. Researchers will compare the app's effects to standard health information by tracking 220 participants' exercise, eating habits, and health markers over 8 months. The main goal is to see if adding structured lifestyle support makes these medications more effective for long-term health.
