NCT ID NCT06348251
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This pilot study tested a digital program called FoodSteps for adults who struggle with binge eating, have type 2 diabetes, and face food insecurity. Participants used a mobile app and received coaching and a weekly stipend for 16 weeks. The goal was to see if the program is feasible and acceptable, and whether it might help reduce binge eating and support weight management.
