Summary
This study tested a digital program (Adhera Caring Digital Program) for families of children aged 13-18 with obesity who were already taking weight-loss medication. The goal was to see if the app, along with activity trackers and health coaching, improved treatment satisfaction, adherence, and mood. 40 families participated, using the app for a year and attending monthly check-ups.
