This study tests whether a digital health app with remote monitoring can help 190 patients and their caregivers better manage symptoms and distress during and after CAR-T therapy for blood cancers. Patients use the app to report symptoms, and caregivers track their own stress levels. The goal is to improve quality of life and reduce complications.
