Summary
This study tests whether a digital health app with remote monitoring can help 190 people receiving CAR-T therapy for blood cancers better manage their symptoms and reduce distress for their family caregivers. Participants use the app to report symptoms and receive support during and after treatment. The goal is to improve quality of life and reduce the burden of side effects.
